Want to host an event at Rocktown and have the entire place to yourselves? You can rent the gym during off hours. Rates start at $500 and vary based on group size, number of staff required, and amount of time. Call today to discuss your event. Gym rental subject to current schedule and availability.
Reservations for groups must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A valid credit card number and email address is required to make the reservation. An event coordinator will confirm all group reservations. A deposit** is taken at the time of the reservation to confirm the date, time, and number of participants. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of the reservation, which includes details about their group, total cost, and cancellation/payment policy.
**All deposits are non-refundable (unless group cancels at least 48 hours prior to reservation):
- Groups of 6-10 people: $20 deposit
- Groups of 11-20 people: $30 deposit
- Groups of 21+ people: $50 deposit
Payment in full is required at the time of service. The charge for the group is based on the number the group was reserved for, regardless of if the entire number is present. Any additional participants over the reserved amount will be added to the total group fee. The deposit will go towards the total; transaction must be paid as one transaction (no individual payments).
Reservations may be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event for a full refund of the deposit. Changes to the total number of participants must be made within 24 hours of reservation by phone or email notification. Groups will be charged the total fee of the reserved group number on the day of the reservation regardless of the number that participate or attend. For groups that do not show the full amount of the group will be charged to the card on file.
